Policies

Refunds

Refunds for items already delivered or picked up. for the most part no refunds. If however there is a true problem and over half of the box is returned to me uneaten, with in 24 hours depending on the issue a refund is at my discretion. But more than half the box must be returned. 

 

For unpicked up items or items we tried to deliver but couldn't. no refunds. Never hurts to reach out and ask. Trains and traffic happen.  I will also interject here, I do not give anything free over late delivery time given is an estimation. 

Canceling an order: for small boxes cancelations must be done 24 hours in advance. refund on credit card are not instant and can take a few days. Emergencies happen. kids and husbands and chefs get hurt or sick whether it be me or you lets let each other know if there is an issue ASAP. On my ened if i am unable to complete an order you will get 100% refund plus a discount for your next order. 

If its a you emergency let me know asap and we can reach an answer together. sadly being a manager of retail has made me entirely too cynical. But, On my end if you cancel once its no biggy if its 2 or more times i will be wary and need a non refundable deposit of 50%, and if it hits more than 2 we will be agreeing to part ways. and i will no longer full fill your order.

Large Orders 

As a one baker in a small kitchen show, I can only bake and store so much. Please order early. If they are ordered on wendsday but needed friday i may need to say no. please reach out using text or email to discuss large orders before placing. I am also willing to discuss having large orders ready on days other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Delivery beyond the aloted area and times

Maybe. REach out via text or email and i'm happy to discuss. For larger orders Days and times may be negotiable. AS far as distance. I may be willing to work with you. For large orders I do ask that parking, not double parking illegally but actual parking be available, whether its a drive way, parking lot or street parking. 

Fees

SO yes online there are fees. If you wish to avoid, please contact via email or text. as I do take cash,  Venmo and Zelle. If sales go well enough I plan on purchasing a POS system for tap and swipe as well. But so long as credit cards are used there will be fees. either i'm flat out passing them on or i incorporate them into my costs and hide those same fees from you.
